MCA CYBER CLUB BATU FERRINGHI RULES OF THE CLUB 1. Persons using the Club facilities agree to follow the rules of the Club and abide by the policies of the management and the decisions of the officers of the Club and agree to absolve the management of all liabilities. 2. Persons using the Club and the Internet and computer facilities are prohibited to access adult sites and online gambling sites and other activities prohibited by the laws of Malaysia. 3. The facilities of the Club are open to the public and "Cyber Card Members". 4. "Cyber Card Membership" is open to all MCA members and students and membership is on a 12-monthly basis by filling in a "card membership" form which is available from the Club and a payment of RM10.00 per "card member". "Cyber Card Membership" is not transferable. (Malaysians of Chinese descent can apply to be members of the MCA (Malaysian Chinese Association) and membership is subject to approval by the Party). RATES 5. The rates of usage of the facilities are subject to change and are currently as follows: a) Internet Study Course RM50 for "Cyber Card Members" and RM100 for Non-Card Members. b) Emailing and Browsing RM1 per half hour for "Cyber Card Members" and RM2 for Non-Card Members.
