RENTAL RATES - Fairway/Seaview (rates subject to change without
notice)
- 1. Eden Fairway Condo - 3-Bedroom Self-Cater Apartments (max.
6 persons)
- a) Weekdays: from RM180 nett to RM240 nett per day (min. 3
days)
- b) Weekends (Fridays and Saturdays), Malaysian and Singapore
School Holidays, Eve of and Public Holidays: from RM220 nett to RM250 nett per day (min. 2
days)
- c) Peak Periods and Special Event Days: from RM330 nett to
RM485 nett per day
- d) 7 days and above: from RM150 nett per day (plus 2 days'
rent for reservation/security deposit and for utilities and damages, if applicable)
- e) 30 days and above: from RM100 nett per day (plus 7 days'
rent for reservation/security deposit and for utlities and damages, if applicable)
- f) Yearly rental: from RM2,000 nett per month (one month's
rent in advance plus one month's rent for reservation/security deposit and for utilities
and damages, if applicable).
- Above rates include weeky housekeeping.
- 2. Eden Seaview Condo - 3-Bedroom Self-Cater Apartments (max.
6 persons)
- a) Weekdays: from RM220 nett per day (min 3 days)
- b) Weekends: from RM260 nett per day (min 2 days)
- c) Peak Periods and Special Event Days: from RM360 nett per
day
- d) 7 days and above: from RM180 nett per day (plus 2 days'
rental deposit)
- e) 30 days and above: from RM120 nett per day (plus 7 days'
rental deposit)
- f) Yearly rental: RM2,000 nett per month (one month's rent in
advance plus one month's rental deposit)

DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Reservations are considered secured only upon email or
written confirmation from us and upon receipt and clearance of a deposit payment as
follows: for yearly rental, one month deposit; for monthly rental, one week deposit; for
weeky rental, two days' deposit. Full payment for rental period is required one month
before check-in date.
REFUND POLICY
1. Deposit will be forfeited for cancellatiion with less than
7 days' notice before check-in date. For cancellation with more than 7 day's notice in
writing, deposit will be refunded less bank commission, disbursements and handling charges
(if any).
2. Upon checking-in, and for non-utilization of complete
rental period, deposit will be utilized for remaining unutilized period and balance of
full payment refunded, less amount for utilities (if applicable) and damages (if any).
3. Deposit will be refunded upon completion of rental period,
less amount for utilities (if applicable) and damages (if any).
POSTPONEMENT
For postponement of rental period in advance, and subject to
the apartment being available, the deposit will still be valid. Should the apartment not
be available, deposit will be refunded only if notice given is more than 7 days' in
advance of check-in date, less bank commission, disbursements and handling charges (if
any).
"NO SHOW"
1. For "no show" without advance notice, the
apartment will be reserved for one night only and will be released after the first night
and deposit will be forfeited.
2. Should guest arrive after the "no show" period
and should be apartment be still available, the deposit will still be valid.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
1. Key collection is at our WWT Communications office at
first floor of Ferringhi Mutiara Arcade (one block before Eden Fairway). Please advise
your arrival time to facilitate your check-in. Email, fax or phone us before your arrival.

2. Please advise your estimated check-out time to facilitate
return of keys and deposits.
3. Above arrangements required as our office is manned during
office hours only.
BUSINESS CENTRE
Business Centre facilities: phone, fax, left messages, email
and cyberclub is at our WWT Communications office.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
We adhere to hospitality industry practise as follows: Should
reservations accepted cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances, over-bookings,
unserviceability of accommodation unit, force majeure, disputes or whatever reason,
penangresort.com reserves the right to offer equivalent accommodation at another unit,
another location or refund of deposit taken. Every endeavour will be taken to ensure that
guests' comfort are taken care of and penangresort.com also reserves the right to transfer
guests back to the booked accommodation unit once it becomes available again.
Guests use the facilities at their own risk and
penangresort.com will not be held responsible for damages to or loss of life or property
of the guests.
